Who should be in the room
- Whoever issued the AI directive: the CEO, a board member, or you, the founder. We spend the first hours with them.
- Whoever owns making it real: often the COO, head of operations, CTO or CIO.
- The experts who do the work today, whose knowledge the workflow depends on.
At a small company, that can be one person. The session is the same shape for a solo founder as for a large team: we pick one workflow of yours, for example inbound lead to booked meeting, and you leave with a working prototype and a map of what to automate next.
If your team is new to AI, we start with the basics on your own work: briefing AI well, writing down the context it needs and organising work so it builds up.
