How we work in any industry

  1. We learn the work from the people doing it. That means sitting with your specialists and operators and following a real piece of work from request to result.
  2. Your vocabulary, not ours. Your product names and the exceptions everyone knows about. Your people shouldn't have to translate for the AI.
  3. We build inside the systems you already use. Those systems hold how the company works, so we add to them instead of replacing them.
