Each founder is solving the same problem alone
Many founders sound like this: "I use ChatGPT and Claude every day, but my leads, support and reporting still run by hand." They're all working it out separately, with different tools and no guardrails.
What cohort companies get
- A working session sized for a founder. It's the same session larger companies start with: we pick the workflow taking most of the founder's time, build a working prototype of it and map what to automate next.
- A first go-to-market workflow run by agents. Agents research prospects, qualify leads and draft outreach; the founder decides who gets a personal touch.
- Companies that want to keep going can move from AI-absent to AI-enabled and on to AI-native at their own pace, without being locked in.
We run our own go-to-market this way
Our own sales runs on agents. They research and qualify prospects, then our people take over.
What program leads ask us
What is a working session?
One focused day with us. We dig into how your work runs and pick one real workflow together. You leave with a working prototype of that workflow and a view of where you are on the path. For each part of the workflow you also get a build, buy or partner call and who is accountable for each decision, plus our advice on where to go next. If your team is new to AI, we start with the basics on your own work: briefing AI well, writing down the context it needs and organising work so it builds up.
What does it cost?
Talk to us. We scope the work with you during the working session, which is credited in full if you go on to work with us.
Who's accountable when the AI gets it wrong?
A person on your side. There's an accountable person behind every decision that matters, and agents can handle some approvals that person has permissioned. Before anything runs, we agree who is accountable and what each agent may approve.
