Who it's for

Your board asked for an AI plan. We turn it into workflows agents run, with people accountable.

You set the direction. We find the workflow where your experts are the bottleneck and rebuild it in the tools your company already uses. Before it runs, we agree who is accountable for each decision.

The directive went out, and the work didn't move

"The CEO said we're becoming an AI company. Nobody has defined what that means, or what we're allowed to automate."

"The board asked for our AI plan. We have tools and no plan."

"We rolled out Copilot and ChatGPT. Nothing about how the work gets done changed."

"We ran pilots. None reached production."

"What our best people know lives in one or two heads, and getting it wrong has real consequences."

"We can't let AI act on its own until we know who's accountable for what."

Two steps, and you start where you are today

Becoming AI-native is the goal. We get you there one step at a time, and the working session tells you which step is yours.

AI-absent → AI-enabledAI-enabled → AI-native
You're here if…You have the tools, maybe even daily users, but the work hasn't changedYour first critical workflow runs on agents, but most work still waits to be asked
What changesYour people work from one shared brain, and your first critical workflow is started and run by agentsThat brain drives the work. Agents start it, do much of it, and escalate to your people based on your policies

Step 1 ends when your first workflow runs itself, with your people at the gates that matter. Step 2 does that for the workflows that run your business.

What "done" looks like for the first workflow

Critical means it recurs, it matters to the business, and today someone starts it by hand. A one-off prompt or a demo doesn't count.

FunctionAgents start and runA person decides at
SalesA new inbound lead comes in: agents research and enrich it, draft a reply and book the meetingOutreach to strategic accounts
SupportA ticket comes in: agents triage it, resolve it from the brain if it's tier-1, or draft the replyRefunds or credits above a set amount
FinanceAn invoice arrives: agents match it to its purchase order and flag any exceptionPayments and write-offs

Put AI to work. Keep people accountable.

Before anything runs, we agree who is accountable for each decision that matters, and what each agent may approve on their behalf. The system underneath has spend caps, a kill switch and full action logging. It also draws a clear line between what the AI controls and what it only watches.

AI enablement isn't more AI spend

Any vendor can raise your usage. We design for value that grows faster than your AI bill.

We run Splice this way

Our own company runs on these methods, and we're doing the same work for two clients and a design partner. See the work

What a working session gives you

We look at how your work runs, pick one real workflow with you and start building on it that day.

You leave with:

  • a working prototype on one of your workflows
  • where you are on the path
  • a build, buy or partner call for each part of that workflow
  • who is accountable for each decision
  • our advice on where to go next

It takes a day, and we'll tell you beforehand who should be in the room.

Your CTO or Chief AI Officer will have their own questions. Send them here. No one owns AI on your leadership team yet? See fractional leadership. Working in manufacturing or running an agency? See manufacturing, agencies or all industries.

What leaders ask us first

What does it cost?

Talk to us. We scope the work with you during the working session, which is credited in full if you go on to work with us.

How fast will we see something?

You get something usable from the first session. Once we've seen your workflow there, we tell you how long it will take to reach production.

Who's accountable when the AI gets it wrong?

A person on your side. There's an accountable person behind every decision that matters, and agents can handle some approvals that person has permissioned. Before anything runs, we agree who is accountable and what each agent may approve.

Why not a consultancy?

A consultancy bills weeks of analysis and leaves you a deck. You get something usable in the first working session, and that session is credited in full if you go on to work with us.
